Pickup Policy

In most circumstances, we will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. We will package all items available from our shelf and charge your credit card for the amount of the items plus applicable sales tax.

Shipping/Delivery Options

We will make every effort to use the shipping preference specified in your order. If we cannot use your preference, we will select another option that best meets your expectations.

Sales Tax

State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home State. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State.

Return Policy

Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 60 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase. Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. Returned opened products are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.
